Student answer (Band 5.5)
According to the survey conducted recently at the local library of London, there are different categories of the library users. 44% of library users are full time undergraduates. 25% are full time postgraduates and 16% are part time postgraduates who usually attend library at evening. The 8% people come for distance learning where they study about all course and remaining 7% is academic staff.
The satisfaction statistics of all library users consists of 65% very satisfied and 35% fairly satisfies during opening hours. According to 95% users staff is really helpful and other 5% are also family satisfied. 50% library users are very satisfied with the availability of books, 40% are fairly satisfied and remaining 10% are not satisfied. 48% o for library users reliability on wi-fi is highly satisfied, 33% are fairly satisfied and 19% are not satisfied.
by scrutinizing the survey, it came to our understanding that books availability and reliability of the wi-fi are the areas where librarians should pay more attention to satisfy all library users.
