Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the proportions of five different categories of university library users, while the table provides data on user satisfaction levels regarding five library services.
Overall, full-time undergraduate students represent the largest proportion of library users, while academic staff make up the smallest share. In addition, staff helpfulness and opening hours recorded the highest levels of user satisfaction, whereas Wi-Fi reliability and journal availability had the highest rates of dissatisfaction.
Looking at the pie chart, full-time undergraduates account for the biggest group at 44%. Full-time postgraduates and part-time postgraduates follow at 25% and 16% respectively. By contrast,distance-learning students make up 8%, and academic staff represent the smallest category at only 7%.
Regarding service satisfaction, the helpfulness of staff received the most positive feedback, with 95% of respondents being very satisfied and 5% fairly satisfied. Opening hours also received no negative ratings, with 65% very satisfied and 35% fairly satisfied. For the availability of books, 50% reported being very satisfied. However, 20% of users were dissatisfied with the availability of journals, followed closely by Wi-Fi reliability at 19%.
