The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

There are two data records of a liberary users. One is chart and another is the table that illustrates the results of a survey of library users at a university. Basically, chart categorized the users of liberary, whereas the table indicates the review of users by their very satisfied, fairly satisfied, and not satisfied remaks.

In the chart, full time undergraduate had significantly high ratio 44% while full time postgrauate shares 25%, whereas part time postgraduate accounted for 16%. Distance learning of all courses users made up 8% and noticeably least ratio of academic staff with 7%.

Table shares an information, users were 65% very satisfied and 35% farily satisfied with liberary opening hours meanwhile their staff was helpful 95% with very satisfied and 5% fairly satisfied users. Availability of books was 50% very satisfied, 40% fairly satisfied, and 10% not satified users. Additionally, 45% very satisfied, 35% fairly satisfied, and 20% not satisfied from the availability of journals. Users were 48% very satisfied, 33% fairly satisfied, and 19% not satisfied from the reliability of wi-fi.
