The pie chart illustrates the breakdown of the research of five distinct categories of the library users, while the given table outlines the user satisfaction for various responsibilities.
Overall, the full-time undergraduate make up the highest contribution and the academic staff remain the least. In user satisfaction the library opening hours and staff helpfulness represents the more satisfied users.
Full-time undergraduate account for the largest contribution in the proportion and make up 44%, followed by full-time post graduate which comprise to 25%. In contrast, part-time postgraduate were 16%, the distance learning and academic staff both account for 8% and 7% respectively.
In terms of user satisfaction, the staff helpfulness vote for 95% for very satisfied and remaining vote represents the moderately satisfied, the library opening hours received 65% and 35% respectively and both shows 0% in dissatisfaction. The availability of books voted for 50% large satisfaction and 10% for dissatisfaction. Conversely, the availability of journals account for top-tier in dissatisfaction of 20% and reliability of wi-fi represents 19% which is 1% less than availability of journals.
