The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart shows the porportion of library visitors at a university while table provides the data regarding different services provided by that library.

Overall, the highest number of individuals who visited library are full-time graduates meanwhile the data shows lowest number of academic staff among other library users. In addition, library opening hours and helpfulness of the staff were the services with not a single dissatisfied customer.

To begin with, less than half of the library population were contributed by full-time ungraduates which is 44%. Postgraduates were the second most visiting category among library users where full-time postgraduates accounted for 25% and part-time postgraduates made up 16%. It is followed by distance learning students of all courses (8%) and lastly academic staff (7%).

Futher analyzing the data, it is clear that helpfulness of staff was percieved as the most satisfying service offered by the library. 95% users were fully satisified while rest of the 5% were fairly satisfied. After that, everyone was agreed upon the timings of the library to opened, where 65% were very satisfied and 35% were somehow satisified with it. Availibility of books and journals gained some dissatifaction from its users like 10% were dissatisfied with the accessability of books and 20% with the availibility of journals. Finally, 19% of the users were dissatisfied with the reliability of wi-fi in the library. However, 48% were very satisfied and rest of the 33% were faily satisfied with the signals of wi-fi.
