The pie chart illustrates the breakdown of the research of five distinct categories of library users, while the given table outlines the user satisfaction for various responsibilities.
Overall, the full-time undergraduates make the highest contribution and the academic staff remain the least. In user satisfaction the library opening hours and staff helpfulness represent the more satisfied users.
Full-time undergraduates account for the largest contribution in the proportion and make up 44%, followed by full-time post graduates which comprise 25%. In contrast, part-time postgraduates were 16%, the distance learning and academic staff both account for 8% and 7% respectively.
In terms of user satisfaction, the staff helpfulness voted for 95% for very satisfied and remaining vote represents the moderately satisfied, the library opening hours received 65% and 35% respectively and both show 0% in dissatisfaction. The availability of books voted for 50% large satisfaction and 10% for dissatisfaction. Conversely, the availability of journals had the highest rate of dissatisfaction of 20% and reliability of wi-fi represents 19% which is 1% less than availability of journals.
