The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Categories of library users
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The given map and diagram tell us the outcome of a poll of the library users at academy.
Overall, chart and table are divided in two parts, 1st categories is of library users and 2nd is of library users satisfaction in percentage. Both are label in 5 parts.
In the categories of library users, the most percentage are been used by full time undergraduate which is 44% followed by full time post graduate which is 25% however, part time postgraduate, distance learning and academic staff is by 16% 8% and 7% respectively.
library user satisfaction is divided in to 3 parts very satisfied, fairly satisfied and not satisfied, 65% are very satisfied and 35% fairly satisfied in opening hours, however in the helpfulness of staff 95% are very satisfied
and 5 % are Fairly satisfied, in both the above category 0% are not satisfied moving on books's and journals's availability are almost same with the difference of 5 to 10 percent in all category, lastly in reliability of wifi, satisfied people are 45% normal satisfied were 33 and not satisfied are 19 percent.
