The chart and table illustrates the number of library users and satisfaction at a university. the data has been presented in percentage.
According to the pie chart, 44% & 25% of library used by full-time undergraduate & postgraduate, While academic and distance learning people use library approximately 7 to 8%. subsequently 16% library used by part-time postgraduate.
According to the table, the table has been gave information about user satisfaction. 65% individuals were satisfied for library opening hours, while 35% were not. large number of people very satisfied for helpful staff. the number for satisfied users, availability of books at 50% and journals at 45%, while 40% & 35% were fairly satisfied and 10% & 20 % were not satisfied. 48% of users satisfied by reliability of wi-fi and 19% not satisfied.
Overall, the proportion for full-time undergraduate by far the largest. from the table largest number of people not satisfied by reliability of wi-fi. and highest proportion satisfied by helpful staff over the period.
