The pie chart and table depict the outcome of a survey of full-time undergraduates, part-time postgraduates, distance learning, and academic staff at the university and their satisfaction rates in percentage.
Overall, the chart represents that full time graduates avial the highest percentage of library while acdemic staff hold lowest proportion of fcailities ,However,full time postgraduates ,part time postgraduates and distance learning avail the mid ranges . On the other hand, the tables depict the satisfaction criteria, where staff behaviour was ranked at the top, while the reliability of wifi hold least percentage.
Considering the categories of library users, full-time undergraduates avail a significant proportion of 44%, while teaching faculty benefited with the least proportion of 7%. However, full-time postgraduates own second highest posaitiuom to manifest the resources with 25% while part-time and distance learning occupies the percentaged of 16 and 8%
On the other hand, the table depicts that users were quite happy with the behaviour of workers, with a 95% satisfaction rate, while availability of journals was the least satisfactory. On the other hand, opening hours stand at the second-highest level with a 65% satisfaction rate, while avaliability of books were mid rangfe of 50%
