The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the portion of different user of library users, While the table shows the result of library user satisfaction level.

Overall, Full-time undergraduate students represent the largest portion, whereas academic staff accouted for the smallest portion ,In term of satisfaction level the Helpfulness of staff received the most positive reviews , On the other hand, availability of jonurals and reliability of wi-fi compartively huge level of unsatisfaction.

Full-time undergraduate students represent almost 44%, On other side, Full-time postgraduate accounting 25% portion, While, the Part-time postgraduate cover 16%, and the Distance learning (all courses) and Academic staff were the smallest category, comprise just 7% of user.

Full-time undergraduate students alone accounted almost half of all library users .

About satisfaction level, Helpfulness of staff was most reated poitively, with 95% of very satisfied and 5% fairly satisfied users. Library opening hours also received a good reating , with 65% of very satisfied and 35% of fairly satisfied users, means that no one was disatisfide with this categories.

Availability of books received almost favourable reviews, 50% of very satisfied, 40% fairly satisfied and 10% not satisfied students. While, Availability of journals and Reliability of wi-fi accounted for 45 to 48% very satisfied , 33 to #5% fairly satisfied, and 19 to 20% of not satisfied reviews. Thus, these two categories were received the highest not satisfied users.
