The data given provides information about the outcome of a library users survey conducted at a university. It showcases the percentage of different categories of people using the library, along with the proportion of satisfaction depending on various factors. Overall, the full-time undergraduate students account for the largest percentage. Helpfulness of the staff and the library opening hours played the biggest role in user satisfaction.

Different categories of individuals access the library. Full-time undergraduate students have the largest share, accounting for 44% of the total. They are followed by full-time postgraduate scholars, occupying a quarter of the total percentage, securing second position in terms of users. Availability of books contributed to the dissatisfaction of only 10% individuals, with 90% being overall satisfied. The biggest contributors of dissatisfaction among the users were the availability of journals and the reliability of wi-fi, with 20% and 19% dissatisfaction respectively.
