The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)
The given tabular and pie chart represent the types of library user and various factors associated with the library user reviews. The feedback of satisfaction rates are divided into three types namely, very satisfied, fairly satisfied and not satisfied.
About 44% of total library users are full-time undergraduates. They are among the highest percentage of library users. The full-time postgraduates represents about 25% of total library users. On the contrary, the distance learning including all courses, and the academic staffs are among the least among all library users. According to the survey report, highest percentage of students are very satisfied with the helpfulness of the librarians. Whereas, an availability of journals, books and a reliability of wi-fi in library remains least satisfied among all other services.
To conclude with, the full-time undergraduates and postgraduates are the prime users of library with highest satisfaction rate due to helpfulness of library staff and library opening hours.
