Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the proportions of library users in five different categories at a university, while the table shows their levels of satisfaction with various library services and facilities.
Overall, full-time undergraduates constituted the largest proportion of library users, whereas academic staff represented the smallest group. In terms of satisfaction, users were most satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, while the lowest levels of satisfaction were recorded for the availability of journals and the reliability of Wi-Fi.
Full-time undergraduates accounted for 44% of all library users, making them the largest group. Full-time postgraduates were the second-largest category, at 25%, followed by part-time postgraduates, who represented 16% of users. The remaining users consisted of distance-learning students and academic staff, accounting for 8% and 7%, respectively.
Regarding satisfaction, 95% of users were very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, while the remaining 5% were fairly satisfied and none were dissatisfied. Similarly, 65% were very satisfied with the library's opening hours, compared with 35% who were fairly satisfied. Half of the users were very satisfied with the availability of books, while 40% were fairly satisfied and 10% were dissatisfied. Satisfaction was lower for the availability of journals, with 45% being very satisfied, 35% fairly satisfied and 20% dissatisfied. Finally, 48% of users were very satisfied with the reliability of Wi-Fi, while 33% were fairly satisfied and 19% were dissatisfied.
