The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

The pie chart illustrates five categories of library users, while the table depicts the results of survey for five facilities.
Overall, full-time undergraduates were by far the most common library users, whereas academic staff recorded the least figures. Additionally, library users were mostly satisfied with library opening hours and helpfulness of staff, while they showed some dissatisfaction with the remaining categories.
Regarding categories, full-time undergraduates accounted for the largest share at 44%, followed by part-time graduates at 25%. Part-time postgraduates and distance learners made up 16% and 7%. In contrast, academic staff constituted the least proportion at 7%.
Turning to results of the survey, library users were highly satisfied with helpfulness of staff, with 95% were very satisfied and 5% were fairly satisfied. This was followed by library opening hours, with 65% were very satisfied and 35% were fairly satisfied. Conversely, library users were not satisfied with the availability of books, journals and the reliability of wi-fi, at 10%, 20% and 19%, but the highest proportion were dissatisfied with the availability of journals.
