The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Categories of library users
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The chart shows the category of library users.The greater user of library is full time undergraduate is about 44% and lowest percentage of user of library is academic staff which is about 7% . The distance learning is about 8 percent and part-time postgraduate is about 16 percent users of library . Full-time postgraduate is the second highest percentage of library user which is about 25 percent .
The second chart showed the library users satisfaction percent.
65 percent are very satisfied and 35 percent are fairly satisfied in library opening hours. The next one is helpfulness of staff percent is 95 percent are very satisfied and 5 percent are fairly satisfied.The other next is availability of book .The 50 percent are very satisfied and 40 percent are fairly satisfied.and 10 percent are not satisfied. The last one is availability of journal.The 48percent are very satisfied and 33 percent are fairly satisfied and 19 percent are not satisfied.
