The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Categories of library users

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The pie chart illustrates a survey on catergories of library users who are enrolled at a university and using the library for study and research purposes. which involves diffrent type of students and the table provides data on status of statification from very satisfied to not satisfied on services provided.

Overall the major users of library are full-time undergraduate students follwed by full-time post graduate students and varied number of part-time postgraduates, distance learning and academic stuff. most of the library students are very satisfied from the library services with a relative number of students not satisfied.

There are a total of 44% of bachelors students using the library along with 25% of masters students and students for part-time masters of about 16% are also using the library some distance learning students and academic staff are in 8% to 7% of library users.

About 95% of students are very satisfied from the helpfulness of the staff and 5% fairly satisfied while 65% of students are very satisfied of libarary opeing hours and 35% fairly statisfied only 10% of students are not satisfied with the availablity of books and 20% on availabilty of journals and 19% are not satisfied with reliabillity of wifi.
