The given pie chart and table illustrates the result of a survey of library users at university.
Overall, library is mostly used by full-time undergraduate, and least by the academic staff. Members of library are satisfied with opening hours and guidance of staff.
However, most of the time library is used by full-time undergraduate and the ratio is about 44%. As they need guidance related to the topics of assignments. Library is also used by the full-time postgraduate and the ratio is about 25%, part-time postgraduate users are only 16%. Distance learning and academic staff users ratio is almost same about 8-7%.
Moreover, table demonstrates the satisfaction level of library users. 65-95% of library users are mostly satisfied with the library opening hours and guidance of staff and 35-5% are fairly satisfied and no one is dissatisfied. Although, 50-48% users are satisfied with the availability of books, journals and reliability of wi-fi. Furthermore, 33-40% are fairly satisfied and 10-20% are dissatisfied.
