The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The pie chart and the table illustrates the categories of user and their satisfactory towards library. Overall, the increased proportion of users is among the full-time undergraduate compare to academic staff. Whereas, the satisfaction data of the users are different in each various ways like hours, staff, books, journals and wifi.

In category of library users the highest percentage is among the full-time undergraduate with 44%. Whereas, the lowest range is seen among academic staff and distance learning categories between 7% to 8%, respectively. The full-time postgraduate and for the part-time postgraduate have comparatively proportion with 16% and 25%.

In terms of chart the data of satisfactory users vary gradually form range of very satisfied to not satisfied. The lowest data of dissatisfactory is seen among the availability of journals with 10%. Likewise, the rate for the library opening hours and availability of journals have same fairly rating with 35% and relatively for the wifi users remains with 48% of very satisfied data . However, the rate of satisfaction is seen more among the helpfulness of staff in the library with data of 95%.
