The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

Libraries are very impactful for our society. There is a library in my town which is almost used by every educated person. There are many kinds of people by whom the books in library are used for gaining knowledge. Library is mostly 44% used by full time undergraduates because they have free time to gain knowledge. It is also 25% used by full-time postgraduates . While, the percentage of part-time postgraduates is 16% . The distant students also have access to library and they often use books for their acknowledgment. The academic staff uses library up to 7%.

The opening hours of library are 9am to 7pm, more than half of people are satisfied with these timings but some people have free time after evening so they cannot consider these timings much accurate. The staff of library is very helpful 95/100 people are satisfied with staff. Meanwhile, some of the people are very satisfied, fairly satisfied and very few are not satisfied with availability of books, journal's and reliability of Wi-Fi.
