The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart shows the percentage of five groups of library users, while the table shows how satisfied they are with five different library services.
Overall, full-time undergraduates are the largest group of library users, while academic staff is the smallest group. In addition, people are most satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, but they are least satisfied with journals and Wi-Fi.
Looking at the pie chart, full-time undergraduates make up the highest percentage at 44%. Full-time postgraduates and part-time postgraduates account for 25% and 16% respectively. On the other hand, distance learning students stand at 8%, and academic staff make up the lowest proportion at only 7%.
Furthermore the table, 95% of users are very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, and 5% are fairly satisfied, so nobody is dissatisfied. For library opening hours, 65% of people are very satisfied and 35% are fairly satisfied. Regarding book availability, half of the users are very satisfied, 40% are fairly satisfied, and 10% are not satisfied. Finally, availability of journals and reliability of Wi-Fi have the highest dissatisfaction rates, at 20% and 19% respectively.
