The pie chart and the table illustrates the conclusion of a survey conducted of five categories of library users (academic staff, full-time undergraduates, full-time post graduates, part-time postgraduates, and distance learners ) of a universityabout their satisfaction of library services.
Overall, pie chart gives information about how full-time undergraduates are highly satisfied of library services, while full-time postgraduates are second most satisfied users. Academic staff, on the other hand, are the lowest satisfied category. The table gives infomation that helpfulness of staff has the highest number of satisfied users, conversely, availability of books has the lowest number of satisfied users.
In pie chart full-time undergraduates lead the number of library users at the proportion of 44%, making full-time postgraduates as having the second highest number of registered users by sharply 18%, standing at 25%. Part-time postgradues have 16%, while distance learning marks 8% of the enrolled users. Furthermore, the percentage of users are from academic staff.
The table represents that helpfulness of staff lead at 95%, while 5% of its users are fairly satisfied. Availability of journals has exactly 45% of satisfied, making the rest 40% fairly satisfied, of which 10% are not satisfied. Other factors include availability of books, library opening hours, and reliabilty of wi-fi records 50%, 65%, and 48% respectively. Furthermore, categories which containing un-satisfied user are availabilty of books, journal and reliability of wi-fi at sharply 10%, 20%, and 19%.
