IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Categories of library users

Student answer (Band 5.5)

This pie graph show the categories of the library users in percentage and the table shows the library user satisfaction by categorized the users in three classes(very satisfied, fairly satisfied and not satisfied).

First of all we talk about the pie graph in which the higher percentage of library users are full-time undergratuates approximately 44%. Full-time postgraduates are on the second place by acquiring the 25% of the library users. In contrast, Academic Staff has only 7%.

Secondly we talk about the satisfaction table in which user rate the five facilities of the library from which the satisfaction rate of library opening hours and helpfulness of staff are quite impressive beacuse the number of users who are select not setisfied option are zero.In contrast, the availability of journals and reliability of wi-fi have not a good user satisfaction percentage because 20 and 19 users select the not satisfied field in the survey respectively.

At the end, we concluded that library management works on the availability of the journals and reliability of the wi-fi because customer satisfactiono is very important for any business.
