The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

This pie chart and table illustrate the results of survey for library users and their satisfaction in terms of five aspects of services provided by the library.

Overall, full-time undergraduate acquire the largest proportion among all the library users making them the dominant group. On the other hand, academic staff holds the smallest proportion. In terms of library services, helpfulness of the staff received the most favourable feedback whereas availability of journals followed by reliability of wi-fi received the most amount of disatisfaction from the users.

Full-time undergraduates accounting for 44% of the library users constitute majority making them the most dominant group. Full-time postgraduate make up the second largest group accounting to 25%, followed by part-time postgraduate at 16%. In contrast, distant learning students make up about 8% and academic staff about 7% making them the least dominant across the other groups.

In regards to the satisfaction of users towards services offered by the library, helpfulness of staff received the highest level of satisfaction of around 95% and rest 5% in fairly satisfied followed by opening hours receiving 65% in very satisfied and 35% on the library opening hours. On the contrary, dissatisfaction regarding journal availability were highest accounting to 20% followed by wi-fi reliability at 19%.
