The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given pie chart illustrate different categories of library users and the table represents the satisfaction levels of users from a survey at a university.

Overall, full-time undergradutaes were the most common users whereas academic staff used it the least. In terms of satisfaction, people were most satisfied by the staff's help but least satisfied with the availability of journals in the library.

The library was majorly used by full-time undergraduate which made up to 44%, followed by full-time post graduates adding up to 25%. The remaining users were filled by part-time potgraduates accounting for 16% and distance learning made a percent higher (8%) when comapred to academic staff which accounted the remaining 7% becoming for the least category.

For satisfaction levels the users were more satisfied with the helpfullness of the staff where none were dissatified for the same category. the users were least satisfied with the availabity of journals being the highest in the category.
