The given pie chart illustrates different categories of library users and the table represents the satisfaction levels of users from a survey at a university.
Overall, full-time undergraduates were the most common users whereas academic staff used it the least. In terms of satisfaction, people were most satisfied with the staff's help but least satisfied with the availability of journals in the library.
The library was predominantly used by full-time undergraduates which made up to 44%, followed by full-time post graduates adding up to 25%. The remaining users were filled by part-time potgraduates accounting for 16% and distance learning made a percent higher (8%) when compared to academic staff which accounted for the remaining 7% making it is the least category.
For satisfaction levels, most users were very satsified with the library's opening hours (65%), some were fairly satisfied (35%) and none were dissatisfied. People were most satisfied by the helpfullness of the staff being 95%. Next, the users showed similar satisfaction to the availability of books and journals, and the reliability of wifi in the library which accounted for 50% and less respectively for very satisfied. Overall, users were pretty content with the facilities in the library which can be seen by the total percentage in the not satisfied category which is about 39%.
