The two charts compare the results of a survey of university library users across five different categories and their levels of satisfaction.
Overall, it is clear that full-time undergraduate is the largest group of library users, while academic staff account for the smallest proportion. In terms of satisfaction, the helpfulness of staff receives the highest rating, whereas the availability of journals has the lowest level of satisfaction.
The largest group of library users is full-time undergraduates, accounting for 44%, while full-time postgraduates account for 25%. whereas part-time postgraduate shows 16% of library users. In contrast, the smallest proportion of the library users are academic staff, account for 7%.
