The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given pie chart and table provide information about the proportion of different categories of library users and their satisfaction levels.
Overall, full-time undergraduate account for the highest proportion amongst all the categories of library users. Whereas, distant learners for all courses account for the least usage. Maximum satisfaction levels can be observed for helpfulness of staff. Meanwhile, least satisfaction is for availability of journals.
Full-time undergraduate and full-time postgraduate are the two categories that show maximum library users which is almost 69% amongst all the users. On the other hand, distant learners and academic staff contribute only 15% in total. Part-time postgraduate contribute 16% of total users.
For library user satisfaction, library opening hours and helpfulness of staff are the two aspects that users are most satisfied with. Users are not satisfied with the availability of journals and reliability of wifi. Meanwhile, 35% of users are fairly satisfied with library opening hours and availability of journals.
