The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

This pie chart illustrates the distinct type of users at a university library. Whereas, the table depicts the satisfaction among those users.

Overall, it is evident that Full-time undergraduates often use the library. While the Distance learners and Academic staff are less in number. Meanwhile, people are very satisfied about the staff behavior followed by opening hours of the library.

The pie chart confirms that 44% of the library users are Full-time undergraduates, followed by Full-time postgraduates at 25%, around 16% of the users are accounted as Part-time postgraduates, while the rest of of the users are Academic staff and Distance learners at 8% and 7% respectively.

Around 95% of the users were very satisfied about the helpfulness of the staff and the rest were fairly satisfied. Moreover, 65% of the people were very happy regarding the library timings. While 35% were fairly happy. Furthermore, the availability of books and journals had similar response. 45%-50% were very satisfied, 35%-40% were fair and the rest 10%-20% were dissatisfied. Reliability of Wi-Fi had also received mixed reactions from the users.
