The pie chart and tabular data highlights the results of a survey conducted in a university library. The pie chart depicts the categories of library users; comparatively, the table outlines the proportions of user satisfaction.
Overall, it is evident that the full-time undergraduates are amongst the most library users with full-time post graduate trailing behind. Additionally, part-time postgraduates, distance learning and academic staff also share the proportions with academic staff having the least share. In contrast, the users are most satisfied by the helpfulness of the library's staff. However, most users are not satisfied with the availability of the journals and the reliability of wi-fi.
The pie chart reveals that undergraduate users dominate having the largest proportion of 44% of the total library users. While full-time postgraduates account only about a quarter of users. Simultaneously, part- time postgraduates, distance learners and academic staff share 16%, 8% and 7% of the total proportions respectively, making academic staff amongst the most negligible users.
Turing towards the table, the users are most satisfied by the helpfulness of the staff. The library's opening hours trailing behind with proportions of 35% users fairly satisfied while, both have zero percent not satisfied users. Furthermore, availability of books, journals and reliability of the wi-fi have almost same proportions with the not satisfied users account for 10%, 20% and 19% respectively.
