Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The chart and the table illustrates the survey results of library users at a university that includes the data of categories of library users and library users' satisfaction for each facility.

Overall, the full-time undergraduate students are frequent and an academic staff is a rare user of library. Library opening hours and helpfulness of staff are the most satisfied facilities, while many users are not satisfied from other facilities.

Full-time undergraduate students accounted to 44% that use the facilities from library and became the most common users among all categories, while full-time and part-time postgraduate students contributed as library user by 25% and 16%, respectively. On the other hand, distance learning (all courses) and academic staff have the lowest participation of 8% and 7%, respectively.

Library and opening hours and helpfulness of staff recorded as the most satisfied facilities and users either completely satisfied or fairly satisfied from these facilities. While, availability of books displayed the 90% satisfaction (50% very satisfied, 45% fairly), but 10% users found unsatisfied. Similary, 80% and 81% users recorded the satisfaction for availability of journals and reliability of books, while remaining users was unsatisfied.
