The diagrams present the outcomes of a study of library users at a university.

Overall, the maximum amount of readers were full-time undergraduates, while the minimum amount contributes to academic staff. Moreover, highest amount of satisfaction shown by the users was on the helpfuness of staff, however, least satisfied with the amount of availability of journals.

The pie chart shows that 44% of library users consists of students who have not completed their graduation yet, followed by, comprising 25% of the readers who were full-time postgraduates. Then, it includes 16% of the individuals who are part-time postgraduates. Furthermore, it includes 8% of the population of the individuals who have enrolled for online education. The least amount, which is 7%, involves academic staff.

In the table, the users show full satisfaction on the helpful behaviour of the staff, followed by, 95% as fully contented, while 5% have neutral opinion about it. 65% contentation was shown on the opening timing of the library, followed by the 35% having fair reviews. 90% positive opinions were provided on the availability of journals. 81% of satisfaction was shown on the dependability of internet connection, while 19% opinions were negative about it.
