The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The graphs depict the proportions of users types and satisfaction levels of different facilities in the library

.Overall, among the five users, large number of full-time undergraduates visited the library, whereas academic staff used the library in least numbers. The table chart gives data on satisfaction of five facilities provided by library where staff help was the most satisfactory facility but journals availability stood at the least satisfaction.

The pie chart illustrates the proportions of 5 types of library users. Full-time undergraduates visited the library in the highest percentage covering more than the half of the pie at 45%. Conversely academic staff used the library only at 7% of total chart where distance learning overtake it only by 1%. The other two categories amounted for less than 30% of the whole chart.

The table showed data which claimed staff help was the most satisfied facility accounting for 95% with no satisfactions along with opening hours of library. However journals availability was the least satisfactory accounting 20% unsatisfactory percentage . On the other hand, books availability hold the partial position of 50% satisfaction.
