The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)
The pie chart and table illustrates the university's library survey results of five users and their categories.
Overall, it is clear that in the categories of library users the full time undergraduates make the largest share where as helpfulness of staff was also at their highest but some of them slightly not happy with that.
Looking at the details, full time undergraduate accounted for 44% whereas full time postgraduate users are the second largest in the library who were at 25%. Additionally the users who are at 7% was academic staff meanwhile distance learning was 1% higher than the academic ones. furthermore part time post graduate users accounted for 16%.
On the other hand, the library satisfaction of helpfullnes of staff was very satisfied which was at 95% and 5% on fairly satisfied, afterwards library opening hours was slightly lower was at 65% on very satisfied and it was gradually decerease 20% by fairly satisfied. Where as library books are at 50% very satisfied but 40% on fairly satisfied but 10% are not satisfied.
By contrast, the library user academic staff was made up the share of 7% only which was the lowest whereas in library user satisfaction availability of jounals are at 20% users are not satisfied in library.
