Student answer (Band 6.0)

The pie chart and table illustrates the consequences of a survey been taken in library at a particular university.

Overall, it is evident that the most library users were full-time undergraduate, followed by full-time postgraduate, while academic staff accounted for the least figures. Moving to the table, most of the individuals were satisfied by both library opening hours and helpfulness of staff. In contrast, availability of journals recorded the most unsatisfied category.

To begin with, full-time undergraduate recorded the first ranked in users, which was 44%. Full-time postgraduate occupied the second position constituted 25% of the total share, which was lower than that of undergraduate. Part-time postgraduate accounted for 16% and secured third position. Distance learning and academic staff almost represented same proportion 8% and 7% respectively.

Moving to next, in library opening hours row 65% of individuals were very satisfied and 35% were fairly satisfied. Helpfulness of staff opted the highest proportion of 95% in very satisfied and 5% in fairly satisfied. These both category had 0% unsatisfied users. In contrast, availability of journals recorded 20% users not satisfied, followed by reliability of wi-fi ranked second position and constituted 19% and availability of books had 10%.
