The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)
The given pie chart and data chart, provide information of users and satisfaction of using library in the university.
Overall, the most use of library is dominated by full-time undergraduate students by following of full-time postgraduate students. Other than this, the staff helpfulness is very satisfied by the most users.
The use of library is lead by the full-time undergraduate, at 44%, while full-time postgraduates ranked second with 25%. The user of staff and distance learning were almost similar in figures, at 7% and 8%, respectively. As for the part-time postgraduates, they ranked third with 16%.
On the other hand, the users of library were very satisfied with helpfulness of staff by 95% and only 5% users were fairly satisfied with them. The satisfaction with availability of books and reliability of wifi were quite in same, 50% and 48%. The number of library opened hour were quite high than that of availability of journals by 20%. However, oy 20% users were not satisfied with availability of journals.
