The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given pie chart illustrates the proportions of different categories of library users, while, the table provides information about their satisfaction level with various aspects of the library.
Overall, it is apparent that the biggest group of Full-time undergraduate depicts the highest percentage, whereas lowest score illustrates by the Academic staff. In the term of satisfaction, staff helpfulness received the most positive ratings, while availability of journals and realibility of Wi-Fi had comparatively higher level of dissociation.
Looking at the categories of library users, full-time undergraduate group represented 44% of the total, it accounted for the largest proportions of individuals. Full-time postgraduates made up 25%, while Par-time postgraduate received further 16%. The distance- learning students accounted for 8%, whereas Academic staff constututed the smallest group, at just 7%.
Turning to the table, staff helpfulness received the highest level of satisfaction, with 95% of users being very satisfied and remaining 5% fairly satisfied. The opening hours also received positive ratings, with 65% being very satisfied. By comparison, Availability of books stood at 50%, while journals recorded the lowest figures of 45%. Wi-Fi had a similar level of satisfaction at 48%,but it also recorded a relatively high level of dissatisfaction at 19%,compared with 20% of journals.
