The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Categories of library users
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The chart and table represent a survey of library users using in the universities. According to the information given in the form of chart and table tells as that there are 5 categories of library users. Following are the catagories and their percentages that shows how much each user use the librara means e.g of library users.
1. Academic staff 7%.
2. Distance learning (All courses) 8%.
3. Part-Time postgraduate 16%.
4. Full Time postgraduate 25%.
5. Full-Time undergraduate 44%.
This means full-time undergraduate uses the library most as compared to other 4 type of users. According to the report of library user satisfaction users are very satisfied from library opening hours, the helpfulness of staff availibility of books, journals and reliability of wifi. But library needs to improve availibility of journals and reliability of wifi for their users. They also have to work on report of library users.
