The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)
The pie graph illustrates the group of people using library ranging from full-time students, postgraduates, university workers, distance learnings and part time postgraduates. While the table shows the level of satifaction among the library users in percentage.
Overall, from the pie chart, full time undergraduate tend to visitor the library more and it records to be highest while the distance students and university staff accounted to be the lowest. From the table it shows that the users were more satisfy with the guides from the staff who works in there library, and others say they were not satisfy with the unavailable of journals.
The full time undergraduates records to be the high user of the facilities with 44%, next is the full time postgraduate with 25%. while the part-time postgraduates was 16%. inaddition, the lowest visitors were distance learning and university staffs with 8% and 7% respectively.
From the table, the people where more satisfy with the help from the staffs with 95%, while the unavailable of books was not very satisfying was 50%. the individuals were not happy with unavailable of jounals with 20%
