The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the proportion of library users in five groups. However, the table depicts the percentage of library users satisfaction.
Overall, full time undegraduates accounts for the largest proportion of library users, and academic staff have the least number. The table accounts the proportion of satisfaction levels with helpfulness of staff has the most satisfaction. On the other hand availability of journals have the most user disastisfaction.
The major contributor of library users were full time undergraduates with 44%. While, academic staff with 7% were the least number attending the library. The full time postgraduates , part time postgraduates and distance learners (all courses) had the following percentages 25%, 16%, 8% respectively.
The table describes the proportion of satisfaction users had over the following services provided at university library. The helpfulness of staff and library opening hours had the most satisfied users with 95% and 65% and, dissatisfaction levels at 0% respectively. The availability of books stands in the middle with 50% users satisfied and 10% dissatisfaction. While, the availaibility of staff and reliability of wi-fi recorded the most dissastisfied users at 20% and 19% respectively.
