The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates different categories of library users while the table depicts the level of satisfaction of the users in a university.
Overall, majority of the library attendants were full-time undergraduate and the second largest users were full-time postgraduate, meanwhile distance learning students and academic staff were the minority group. In addition, most of the respondents were very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff.
Regarding the piechart, full-time undergraduates made up the largest percentage at 44% while the full-time postgraduate were one-fourth of the total participants. Following this were the part-time postgraduate at 16% and half of this were distance learning students. Academic staff made least usage of the library with 7% attendance.
Furthermore, most of the respondents were very satisfied with the opening time and helpfulness of staff at 65% and 95% respectively and 35% fairly satisfied with opening time and 5% fairly satsified wigh helpfulness of staff. There were no respondents who are not satisfied at all for this categories. Although, half of the respondents were very satisfied with the availability of books while 40% were fairly satisfied and 1p% were not satisfied. Concerning availability of journals, the satisfaction rate were ; 45%, 35% and 20% respectively. Whereas for reliability on WiFi, satisfaction proportion were; 48% 33%, 19% in order.
