The pie chart and table provides information about the results of a survey of library users and how satisfied they are.
Overall, most of the library users are from full-time undergraduate students, while academic staff are the least users. In terms of satisfactory surveys, they are very gratified with helpfulness of staffs.
Regarding the categories of library users, full-time undergraduate accounted the highest percentage among all categories at 44%, followed by full-time postgraduate with 25%. 16% of part-time postgraduate are visited the library. The least users are distance learning (all course) with only 8%, followed by academic staff with just 7%.
Meanwhile in satisfactory survey results, 95% was very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff and 5% were fairly satisfied. 65% were very satisfied with library opening hours and the remaining 35% were voted for fairly satisfied. The availability of books satisfiy 50% of users, 40% with fairly satisfied and 10% to those who are not pleased. For the realiability of the wi-fi, 48% were very satisfied, 33% to fairly satisfied and 19% are not satisfied. Lastly, for the availability of journals 45% were very satisfied, 35% for fairly satisfied and 20% were not contended.
