The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given diagram illustrates a study on library users in a university, including the types of users and their level of satisfaction.

Overall, Full-time undergraduate had the highest percentage of library users while academic staff were among the least group going to library. Most satisfactory percentage was for the helpfulness of the staff while highest disatisfaction was for the availability of journals.

The pie chart shows that 44% of library users were full-time undergraduates while full-time postgraduate were slightly less that is 19% than the former. Least users were remote learners and the academic staff with a percentage of 7 and 8 respectively.

Degree of satisfaction was most for the staff's behaviour followed by library opening hours, both of which had no disatisfied users. On the other hand, although availability of journals and reliability of wifi have more than 40% satisfaction, both had 20% and 19% users under 'not satisfied' category respectively. While the availbility of books stood in the middle of all.
