The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given pie chart and the table illustrate the proportion of final results of a survey about categories of library users and their satisfaction level.
Overall, full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students made up significant share of library users. Furthermore, excluding some people every library user was very satisfied with the helpfulness of the library staff, In contrast readers were least satisfied with the availability of journals and the reliability of wi-fi.
In terms of library members, full-time undergraduates accounted for the largest proportion of 44%, followed closely by full-time postgraduates at 25%. Part-time postgraduates were a little lower at 16%, while the students of all courses and academic staff were the lowest at 8% and 7& respectively.
On the other hand, 95% of library users were fully satisfied with the helpfulness of staff members, the highest proportion in the table with 5% fairly satisfied and not a single person was un-satisfied. Following this, 65% of the users were completely satisfied with opening hours of library, whilst no member reported non-satisfaction. The highest proportion of not satisfied people 20%, was from the availability of journals, with 45% very satisfied and 35% fairly satisfied, followed closely by reliability of wi-fi at 19%, with 48% being fully satisfied and lastly, the proportion for availability of books was 50% showed full satisfaction, 40% fairly satisfied and 10% were non-satisfactory.
