The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

overall, the chart illustrates the survey of the individuals who used library at university while the table shows the percentage satisfaction of these people.

chart tells us the categories of people who used library and shows that full-time undergraduates and part-time undergraduates who used library were 44% and 25% respectively while other users were part- time postgraduates, distance learners of all courses and academic staff accounting for 16%, 8% and 7% respectively.

Moreover, table depicts the satisfaction of people availing this facility based on the parameters in some were fully satisfied some were satisfied to some extent and other was not satisfied at all. During library opening hours 65% were very satisfied but 35% were fairly satisfied. 95% were satisfied by helpfullness of staff while 5% were fairly satisfied. availability of books 50% were satisfied while 40 were at fair level. availabilty of journals 45% showed more satisfaction and 35% showed fair satisfaction and reliability of wi-fi very satisfied and fairly satisfied were 48% and 33% respectively. people who were not satisfied 10%, 20%, 19 % cases of all these factors.

In conclusion, most of the pe0ple using library were full-time undergraduates and part-time postgraduates and most of them from were very satisfied from the library facilities
