The data is about the results of a survey of library users at a university. The chart illustratess categories of library users and the table shows the satisfaction level of the users.
Overall, full-time undergraduates are the majority of the library users while the academic staff are in the minority. Users are most statisfied with the help provided by the staff and they are unsatisfied with availability of journals and reliability of wi-fi.
Highest library users are full-time undergraduates at 44%, at second there are full-time postgraduates at 25%. They are followed by part-time postgraduates, distance learning students and academic staff at 16%, 8% and 7% respectively.
Helpfulness of staff is what most users are satisfied as every user was satisfied and subsequently library opening hours which also had no unsatisfied user. In the middle it was the availability of books with 10% unsatisfied users. Meanwhile availability of journals and reliability of wi-fi is what most user are unsatisfied at 20% and 19% respectively.
