The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the proportions of different groups using a university library, while the table shows their satisfaction levels across five specific library services.

Overall, full-time students made up the vast majority of library users. Regarding user feedback, staff helpfulness and opening hours received the highest satisfaction ratings, whereas the availability of journals and reliability of Wi-Fi recorded the highest levels of dissatisfaction.

Full-time undergraduates formed the largest user group at 44%, followed by full-time postgraduates at 25%. Part-time postgraduates accounted for 16% of total users. The remaining proportion comprised distance learning students across all courses (8%) and academic staff, who represented the smallest group at 7%.
