The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The bar chart illustrates the feedback of categories of library users at a university, while the table gives information about the satisfaction of library users.
Overall, Full-time undergraduates accounted for the highest proportion of library users whereas, academic staff recorded the lowest proportion. In terms of satisfaction, the helpfulness of staff had the highest rate of satisfaction and lowest ratio of dissatisfaction.
In chart, the full time undergraduates made up 44% of the users, which is almost half of the total. The full-time postgraduates accounted for quarter of the library users, at 25%. The ratio for part-time graduates and distance learning is 16% and 8% respectively. The academic staff recorded lowest ratio as 7%.
Regarding the table, 65% users are very satisfied with library opening hours, 35% are fairly satisfied and no users are dissatisfied. The greatest percentage, 95%, of users are very satisfied with helpfulness of staff, 5% visitors are fairly satisfied and no one is dissatisfied. In addition, availability of books and journals has 50% and 45% users who are very satisfied, 40% and 35% are fairly satisfied and 10% and 20% are dissatisfied, respectively. 48% users are very satisfied with reliability of wi-fi, around a third are fairly satisfied and almost a fifth of the users are not satisfied with the reliability of wi-fi.
