The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the different categories of library users, while table illustrates the percentages of library users who were very satisfied, fairly satisfied and not satisfied from different library's services.
Overall, the highest percentage of full-time undergraduate used library, while academic staff used the least. The highest percentage of library users were satisfied with the helfulness of staff, whereas the lowest number of users were satisfied with the availability of journals.
44% of full-time undergraduate used library. This was followed by full-time postgraduate at 25%. Part-time postgraduate and distance learners from all courses represented 16% and 8%, respectively. 7% of library users were academic staff.
65% of users were very satisfied with the opening hours of library, followed bu 35 who were fairly satisfied. A majority of students with 95% were very satisfied with helpfulness of staff, while 5% were fairly satisfied. With the availability of books 50% of users were very satisfied, 40% were fairly satisfied and 10% were not satisfied. The figures for availability of journals were 45% very satisfied, 35% fairly satisfied and 20% not satisfied. 48% of users were very satisfied with the wi-fi, followed by 33% fairly satusfied and 19% not satisfied.
