Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The pie chart illustrates the data of five categories of users (academic staff, full-time undergraduate, full-time postgraduate, part-time postgraduate, and distance learners) in the university library, followed by a table representing the percentage of user satisfaction with the different facilities it offers.

Overall, full-time undergraduate users account for the largest share, while academic staff constitute the smallest. The highest level of satisfaction is based on its helpness of staff and library opening hours, while many people are not satisfied because of the lack of journals.

The pie chart shows that full-time undergraduates account for 44%, followed by 25% of full-time postgraduates. 16% of users are part-time postgraduates, and distance learners constitute 8% of total users. Academic staff use the library the least of all categories, at 7% of total users.
