The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Categories of library users

Firstly, the pie chart illustrates the percentage of different library users. Majority of the users are undergraduates around 44% and 7% users are academic staff only. Full time postgraduate covers the pie 25% whereas part time postgraduate covers the pie by 16% in addition to this 8% users are distance learners from all courses.
Secondly, the table shows the percentage of satisfaction level of library users. Most users are strongly satisfied by the helfulness of staff around 95% and only 5% are fairly satisfied. Availability of books has the satisfaction around 50%. Furthermore, availability of journals has around 45% fully satisfaction and 20% are not satisfied. Library opening hours has 65% strong satisfaction and 35% fairly satisfaction and finally reliability of wifi has the satisfaction around 33% to 48% and 19% not satisfied.
Overall, pie chart discusses the percentage of 5 categories of library users and mostly are full time undergraduates and least are academic staff users whereas the table shows the percentage of library user satisfaction by presenting 3 satisfaction columns for instance, very, fairly or none
